Rodney has been involved over the years in a number of interesting van Eyck projects, including writing articles and playing concerts. Here are references to some of them.

1. Jacob van Eyck; Recorders and the National Carillon, Canberra (1998)

2. Jacob van Eyck, Illuminations (2000-2002)

Rodney performed a series of multi-media van Eyck concerts (‘shows’) for solo recorder (Rodney) with Bruce Hughes (actor, poetry reader) and Dave Neilson (projectionist) – Illuminations – involving poetry, readings, music and large format projected images (slides) of 17th Century Dutch paintings from the Hoogsteder and Hoogsteder Museum in The Hague (The Netherlands).

3. Jacob van Eyck (A Forest Full of Nightingales) — article (1996)

At the Recorder ’95 Festival in Melbourne, at very short notice, Rodney agreed to replace an ailing Marion Verbrüggen to give a plenary lecture / demonstration on the music of Der Fluyten Lust-hof by Jacob van Eyck.
